Led by Premkumar Perumal, the course will teach an ancient practice that allows the conscious mind to settle deeply into itself in a natural, effortless way. As the mind settles down, it lets go of tension and stress and centers itself in the present moment, said a press release about the course. Sahaj means natural or effortless while Samadhi means a state of deep peace and rest that underlies all thought and activity.
The course includes personal instruction and group classes.
